Meet The Chef
Ashley Hotchkiss is a classically trained chef with a background in fine dining. After culinary school, she spent five years as the chef aboard private yachts, in vacation villas, and in a food truck on the beach in the Caribbean. After returning to the states, she opened restaurants in East and West Texas as well as a large restaurant group in the Dallas area. She worked as a vegan chef for a large tech company.
In 2018, she completed her certification from Institute for Integrative Nutrition and started Fibonacci Food from her South Austin apartment initially catering to a select group of clients before transitioning to full-time operations in a commercial kitchen.
Her current focus centers on the personal chef service, catered events, and specialty services for “In-Flight” private jet catering and “On Tour” catering to touring musicians and artist who want healthy meals while On Tour.
