Ashley Hotchkiss is a classically trained chef with a background in fine dining. After culinary school, she spent five years as the chef aboard private yachts, in vacation villas, and in a food truck on the beach in the Caribbean. After returning to the states, she opened restaurants in East and West Texas as well as a large restaurant group in the Dallas area. Since 2016, she has been a vegan chef for a large tech company.
In 2018, she completed her certification from Institute for Integrative Nutrition and started Fibonacci Food from her home with just a few really great clients, and eventually went full-time.
Her focus now is working with people who are struggling with nutrition needs, athletes, and busy professionals who simply don't have the time to cook healthy food for themselves.
